Our restaurant, “Le Manala”, welcomes you in a typical Alsatian style.
The restaurant takes its name from the little traditionnal breads made in Alsace for the “Saint Nicolas”. (in the shape of a gingerbread man… but not made with gingerbread in Alsace !)
You’ll find other delicious recipes and a lot of suggestions, according to the chef inspiration and the seasons.

From 26th February to 4th March : Restaurant closed sunday, monday for lunch and tuesday. Open for dinner monday. Open for lunch and dinner wednesday, thursday, friday and saturday.
